What is your typical turnaround time?
All prints are ‘Print to Order’. We print the poster after your order is placed.
Production time is around 24 hours. Orders are shipped by standard road freight, usually on the 2nd working day after receiving payment.
If you need you order by a certain date, please contact us so that we may assist you as best we can.
Who do you use for shipping?
We ship using Australia Post for Domestic and International orders.
We deliver to physical addresses only, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
How much does shipping cost?
Postage is AUD$9.50 for all Australian orders.
For shipping outside Australia the amount is displayed in "View Cart" under "Estimate Shipping & Taxes".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to * Europe and the US via Australia Post, Economy Air. † Lead time is around 7 - 11 days.

What about Import Duties and Taxes?
All shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them/the courier before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.
What happens if my order goes missing?
Please if your order hasn't been delivered as expected, and you're concerned that it's missing or lost or, contact Australia Post directly.
If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery
address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and
it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back
out to you.
