Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your posters safely and promptly. Below you’ll find processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, tracking, and customs information for Australian and international orders.

Processing Times

All orders are printed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

Australia (Domestic)

  • Dispatch location: Melbourne, Australia
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch (location dependent).
  • Carriers: Australia Post
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once shipped.
  • Flat rate: AUD $14.95 per order.

International

  • Dispatch location: Melbourne, Australia
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–27 calendar days depending on destination and local postal services.
  • New Zealand: 6–15 days
  • North America & Europe: 14–27 days
  • Asia Pacific & Rest of World: 14–27 days
  • Carriers & tracking: Shipped via Australia Post International (or equivalent). When your parcel arrives in your country, final delivery is made by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post). Your tracking link will reflect hand-off to the local carrier once scanned in-country.
  • Flat rate: AUD $19.95 per order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and handling fees may be charged by your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Currency & Payment

All prices are listed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any on-site currency converter is for convenience only; your payment method will be charged in AUD at checkout, and the final amount will be shown in AUD before you confirm payment.

Delays & Order Support

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe above, please email info@travelposters.com.au with your order number and tracking link. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
